Overall my experience getting Invisalign with Perfect Smiles was a pleasant one. I completed my invisalign trays in approximately. Lots of office visits, several brackets fell off throughout the years so more office visits (luckily all visits were free after paying in full up front). I had a difficult case, so I’m not surprised it took a long time. We had to reorder new sets of trays twice. The positive was Dr. D said herself, “we will keep going until you are happy”.
The doctors are clinicians are very experienced and the outcome looks great. I would have appreciated to have the doctor show me the final result before we began instead of a video at the front desk. Also, I was very nervous about shaving my teeth to fit better in my mouth so did not like when they just did it without asking, but they turned out very pretty.
