Thorough, careful, and has your best interest in mind (including avoiding costly procedures when possible). Facility is OK, and technology is nothing compared to some of the fancy dental offices I've seen in the area. However, cost is reasonable compared to those fancy offices. Admin staff takes pain in making sure you understand all charges before starting treatment.
About Hygienist: I've had two hygienists at the office. Both are average -- they get your teeth clean.
