Dr. Friedman wasn't particular stellar in her interactions with the patient- she did all the customary greetings and standard superficial conversation on how life was going, but it didn't seem like she was genuinely concerned with me and it was as if she was going through the motions just to be polite. I was missing that warmth that's absent from such a cold, sterile visit to the dentist that many other doctors try their best to soothe you with.
As far as treatment goes, she did a good job of doing the work that she did do. I had a lot of work to be done and my insurance was capped at $1,000/yr so she started to do work split into three visits [i had two minor cavities and i was convinced into getting sealants (i think) on all my surfaces]. The first two visits were all the sealants and i think she saved the cavities, which were hiding behind my very back teeth, for the last visit. But on my last visit she had realized that she ran up my insurance on all the sealants and wasn't able to cover the cavities under my insurance. So i opted to wait until the next year to get the rest of the work done, but i ended up getting a different job and losing my dental insurance. It's been two years and i never got those cavities filled...
