Dr. Friedman is a seasoned professional with many years of experience.
New patients will be impressed with Dr. Friedman.
After a thorough check up she would create a personalized dental page that has patient information, any future developments to look out for, and any procedures that may be needed. Not everything is immediately necessary, but a big picture allows the patient to plan out their long term dental care as needed. I have come to trust her work.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted and multiple fillings/cleaning over time with Dr. Friedman, and every time her impressive skill, clean working environment, and good atmosphere would be evident.
She recently cashed out of her practice, and I noticed that she became more distant and impersonal. Her usual attention and care approach to the patients seems to be on the backseat. I feel her work is now driven largely by how much insurance the patient has left, rather than what they really need. My last two visits for fillings, I felt, were rushed, though quality as usual. I understand her being at the sunset of her professional duties, and she has earned her retirement. For me, however, I will start looking for a dentist who is more attuned to patient needs
