About Front Desk: Originally, there was a girl named Emily, and she was just awesome. She made me feel relaxed and helped me with care credit and just went above and beyond. Then at my next appointment, I found out she had quit. Now the girl that was rude to me at my previous appointment (shame on me for asking for a cup for the water machine they have in the waiting room so I could take my anxiety medication before we started!) was in charge. It definitely went downhill quickly from there. No call backs from messages... heck no answering the phone at all! But the worst was the mixed up appointment times- she gave me a specified time but input it in the computer at a different time and then tried to charge me fees for not showing up! She did it three times! Thank goodness I kept the card where she wrote down my appointment time for proof. Just find somewhere else to go.

About Hygienist: The hygienist I had was named Michelle, and she was very nice, personality-wise, that is... as far as being nice with the cleaning tools- not so much. She was very rough and even though I specifically said I can't have a cold water rinse (my teeth were/are in terribly shape, so I need it more room tempature-ish), she still blasted me with icy cold water. She also didn't seem to do a thorough job to me... she sort of did one side really well, and then kind of just glazed over the other. There was a huge difference in the feel of cleanliness.
