The Central Park Dental office is run very efficiently; I usually only have to wait 5-10 minutes to see Dr. Lum. The procedures and costs were always explained to me before each treatment session so there were no surprises. He is very friendly and has a gentle touch; all procedures were virtually painless (crowns, composite fillings). The girls at the front desk are very nice as well.
