We paid over $4000 for my wife's Invisalign procedure and in the middle of the whole thing (which could take upwards of a year+) he drops the Invisalign product. When we called and made follow up appointments he would not tell us what was going on, no call backs and now I have to fight him for a refund (which his accountant says he doesn't have). DON'T DO IT! He has a Unsatisfactory rating with the BBB as well.
