This dentist and her billing specialist are a bunch of hucksters!!!!! My very first visit I was scared into agreeing right away to a painful and aggressive deep gum cleaning, and all subsequent visits I was warned that a root canal was imminent. Eventually they collected money from my insurance company for a root canal and other services that I never had! I was also frequently pressured to have teeth whitening, even though I made it clear I was only interested in routine cleanings and attendant care. My dentist now says that I never needed the aggressive cleaning in the first place. Oh, and here is the funny part - her waiting area is covered in ridiculous "artistic" self-portaiture - what kind of health professional makes a shrine to themselves in their waiting area? I happened to be seated when the commissioned artist came to collect his payment, waering a huge fur coat and ridiculous fur hat. Stay away from this joke of a practice!
