About Front Desk: My original appointment was with Dr Trevor but there was a scheduling mix up. Dr Lau's front desk staff helped me communicate with Dr Trevors office (who had already left for the day), loaned me a charger for my iphone, and arranged and offered treatment with Dr Lau.

About Hygienist: The hygienist informed me of what to do and what to expect after the oral surgery. She provided some written material as well all of which was very helpful
