I had an awful experience with Ossi Orthodontics. I now hate the dentist or anything involving teeth. The assistances and the front desk ladies are very professional and polite, but Dr. Ossi himself didnt match his staff. I repeatedly told him that I did not want my teeth shaved, yet throughout the duration of my brace, he still tried multiple times. He is not professional in that he does not tell his clients what he's going to do to. He just does what he wants even though he's not the one living with those teeth. Highly discourage going to him!! save your big beautiful smile and go somewhere that appreciates you!!
About Front Desk: Front desk staff was very friendly! The only positive part of my experience with Ossi.
