I have had one child go to Dr. Ossi, and one was more than enough. The facility is very nice and in a great location, however, my family was not pleased with the overall experience. I booked a simple appointment for my son to get a new retainer because his broke, yet, the first available appointment was in over a month. I did not spend so much money for my son's teeth to shift within that month. Then when we went to the office, there was only one other family waiting. Do they only book two patients a day? I was thoroughly confused. I believe for spending so much money, my son would receive better customer care. The braces process was no better. I hope my comment has helped advise other families looking for an orthodontist.
