We like Dr. Pfaffenberger because she is not pushy and does not try to upsell you on add-ons for the kids. I did not want my 3 children to have flouride or x-rays for almost 2 years and she did not judge me or pressure me on this like other dentists have. She has been very personal and her staff are all very personal with us and remember our kids well. I would trust her to tell me what is wrong and not think she is trying to upsell or find problems that are not there. She is very professional and her office reflects that.
