After having a root canal by an endodontist, I went to Dr. Sterba to have a permanent crown put on. You would think it would be a pretty simple process. Well, the first porcelin crown was permentately cemented into my mouth and afterwards he told me to look at it in the mirror. The crown was entirely too big for my mouth...as it looked and felt like a cows tooth. He ended up having to saw it off and put on a new partially metal crown. This crown is still not a comfortable fit and I gave up on him. I wasted 850 dollars on a crown that I will have re-done in the future by someone who knows what they are doing. (I have 2 other crowns that were put in by other dentists that feel great). Needless to say I will never go back to him and I hope to prevent others from entering into a nightmare of an experience with him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR STERBA.
