I have been a patient of Dr. Magri for 9 years. He is a kind and gentle dentist, and he opened up a beautiful facility in Peoria; however, the unkind demeanor of the person booking appointments at the front desk (for the last year) is enough to make me look for another dentist. When one thinks of "total care", staff is an important part. As for chair-side manner, Dr. Magri is great and my experience with him was good and my veneers have kept up looking great for years.
