Was a patient for many years and always paid when service provided. Had dental insurance but he was not a participating provider. Spent a fortune on root canals …. During a examination I was told needed a surgical procedure and he could perform it immediately. Told I had to pay before the procedure! Took my credit card as I was in the chair. Also one of the receptionists rude and dismissive.
About Front Desk: Asked for toothbrush - rudely told to sit and just wait until see dentist.
