Dr Winter did an exam and gave me a treatment plan at a cost that I expected to be much higher. He is VERY knowledgeble and explain every process in detail as we looked at the xray. He is very patient and is willing to answer every question you have. I read the reviews here and from the time I made my appt. speaking to his receptionist, I knew I was in great hands.
