I was very fearful and upset about the referral to Dr. Bradford. He was not very sympathic to my distress, and his female assistant was even worse (in my opinion.) Yes, he numbed the whole side of my face, from the ear to the throat for the procedure, but he didn't mention that it would take +2 weeks to recover! Finally, after nearly 3 weeks of pain, he prescribed stearoids, but again, did not, or would not tell me that he was prescribing that Rx, and I had a rather uncomfortable reaction to it. This whole experience has been WORSE than having a baby! I would not reccommend this endodontist, especially for fearful people, or those with specal needs. As a professional myself, I gave him information about a website for dentists of how-to be a caring dentist for fearful people, but 'doc Hank' said that he didn't read the info that I'd given. My tooth is still not usable, but I don't want to go back to him!
