I have had a crown lengthening, cleanings/scalings, and 2 extractions. No one likes getting dental work done, so I wouldn't say I LOVE going to see Dr. Shih. However, if my general dentist sends me for a procedure, I would want Dr. Shih to do the work. She is very gentle and thorough. She will tell you if you need something, but honestly, also, if you don't need something. Low pain, reasonable fees, office/front desk helpful with billing, great chair-side manner, her hygienist is nice, too!
I did a lot of scouting around (believe me, when I tell you that I always do my research) and I know she's got the whole package--impeccable credentials, great background/training, and top-notch skills. I trust her and highly recommend her.
