Jacy's office might fine for teeth cleaning but having major work done there, such as root canals and crowns, leaves much to be desired. Paid him over $4k for two root canals and crowns and both root canals failed in just over 3yrs.
Dr. Nelson simply stated he had no idea why they both failed.
