Dr. Mai has been our family dentist for over four years now. We've done some major dental work with her including crowns and bridges. She is very thorough in her work and we were always happy with results. We did not have any problems with fillings or crowns falling off as of yet (like we did with some other dentists). She was always willing to work on the crowns until they felt just right and looked good. Procedures were painless enough for us. She had these glasses that can play a movie for you while she is doing her work. I normally like to follow what's being done with my teeth, but I did watch a movie few times, and it works out good, especially if you are there for a long time getting major work done.
Her office staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Martha. She is the best. We never had to work out billing errors and all our billing/insurance questions were answered accurately.
Hygienists did change few times in the course of four years, or at least we've seen different ones. Some were very good, some were not as gentle as I would have liked...
Overall Dr. Mai comes highly recommended.
