The experience at Dr. Andrea Holstein was an absolute nightmare. She works under another Dentist named Eddie Harouni who was equally inept. Their facilities were untidy and their staff extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a procedure in which they drilled through my molar due to an infection. Afterwards the pain was so intense, due to a poor procedure, that I had to call back and request a stronger pain killer, at which point both Eddie Harouni and Andrea Holstein insinuated that I may be a drug abuser and declined to issue a more powerful pain killer. I was shocked at the accusation, as if I wanted to get my molars drilled just to obtain prescription medication. Then they started to ask me what I had available in MY OWN CABINET! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I go for a procedure and you're asking me if I have any advil at home? So after billing me a $215 co-pay and billing my insurance company a few thousand dollars, then putting a huge hole in my molar they left me in extreme pain and discomfort. I've never dealt with such inefficiencies in any Dentist office like I did with Andrea Holstein's office. This is not my normal Dentist as I was sent to see a "specialist" and this is where I ended up, anything but special. Terrible.
