Dr. Serrano is an engineer of orthodontics. He knows exactly what he needs to do in order to acheive optimal results while at the same time being realistic about outcomes based on his patient's reciprocity (home maintencance)!
His office is first rate and he has a staff of very competent and friendly hygenists.
He mainly focuses on children (because of othodontics) but he's sees other adults like me and the interior design of the practice is very professional.
