All this dentist wants to do is upsell you procedures that you probably don't need. Even when I was having a cleaning, all the hygenist spoke about was teeth bleaching options, invisilign options, etc. Even she was trying to sell me crap! Then she reported all the things she tried to sell me to the dentist outside the door of the exam room I was in and he was like "Good work." I felt like she was going to get commission if I bought anything. I also got a crown from the office and had to have it adjusted more than 3 times. I have 4 other crowns in my mouth and none of them were that much trouble. The fillings he gave me hurt more than any root canal treatment I had ever had, and while he was doing the work on my mouth he was fighting with his staff right in front of me. His staff spoke badly about him to each other at the front desk, but it was easy to hear what they were saying. They messed up my billing numerous times, and always in their favor. I had to have a 3 way call with my insurance company and one of the staff memebers to get it fixed! His office is in the basement of an apartment complex and not nice at all! He is also very rough with your teeth as if he wants to damage them more so he can sell you more procedures!
About Hygienist: The cleaning I had was painful and also took forever. When I was done, the dentist didn't even come in to look at my xrays!
