About Front Desk: O The desk staff was the worst. I am writing this review because I had very bad experience with this dentist office, particularly the lady that answers the phone. I am an Army vet that was referred there by the Army Reserves. I got a cleaning, paid for it, then left. Fast forward 4 months later, I get a bill for $75 bucks because of a missed appointment! I NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. I had 1 appointment. I called and the lady was extremely rude and insist she called me 1 or 2 days before. I never got that call! I spoke with my lawyer and apparently this is common practice with dentist where they make fake appointments then try to scam you for your money! I will make sure to tell LHI about this. Beware. I didn't even want to give 1 star.
