Dr. Chang's facilities are hard to find and look dated. As such it provided me a bit of stress when sitting in the chair. It is painted using institutional colors--I know that looks aren't everything so I continued on. I have had one cleaning and one fitting for a bruxism guard, no cavities filled however. I will wait to judge or change reviews based on a future filling. He is in my network for denstists and is the only one I can walk to, therefore I picked him, as it is close to home rather than work. The customer service is very good when they schedule appts. I found that when my insurance paid more than I thought, and I was due a refund, I had to contact them to receive it (although they mailed a check in a timely manner). Dr. Chang's wife runs the office and she is very skilled personally, and pleasant to talk to. This is a very small operation, run simply by Dr. and Ms. Chang. Dr. Chang himself is short on words, but efficient. He also commendably did not prescribe me antibiotics immediately when I thought I had an infection, but convinced me to wait it out. He also said that if for some reason I needed an emergency service (I was going away for a long weekend) to contact him immediately as needed, which I appreciated
