I first took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr. V. During my daughter's first (and only) visit the bitewings seemed too large for her, the assistants kept having difficulty positioning them. My daughter choked quite a bit. They almost had to stop and just not do the xrays and my daughter is very cooperative and was trying. They did try to comfort her. A cleaning went well.
I went to Dr. V and she did a comprehensive first time exam & xrays. Dr. V was warm, very nice, and comforting during the first visit. She did a very thorough initial exam and showed me pictures of my teeth, etc. No pain. She did a cleaning - the most painful cleaning I've ever had. I decided not to bring my daughter back. During my second visit, I was surprised that Dr. V did not do the work, her other dentist (?) was briefly introduced and she gave me more and more rounds of shots as the anesthetic wasn't working. I kept having pain with the shots and drilling. Very painful. I almost had to leave. A deep tissue procedure was no problem. There was some work done between 2 molars. I had to come back for a 3rd visit after I felt something snap between the 2 teeth. The work didn't hold. After the repair, the same snap happened again and the work didn't hold again.
