When I requested a copy of my X rays to see a new, competent dentist, Zola refused to provide them. Because it took Zola 7 months to finally bill my insurer, I was stuck having to pay for a new full set of X-rays.
In summary, he was the least helpful medical provider I've seen in my entire life. The office looks great, but there's no there there.
