I found Dr. Plas through my insurance company's website. I just relocated to the area so I needed a dentist for general checkups. Her website was impressive so that clued me in that she pays attention to detail and had a good customer service orientation. I went in for my first checkup with her and it went very well. The facility is an older building that she re-did on the inside and it works very well. Everything is updated and it's a smaller feel with more character (only one or two patient rooms) than larger dentist practices. Her staff was super friendly, helping me get established with the initial paperwork and setting future appointments. Dr. Plas was friendly, yet "got down to business" quickly and efficiently. The hygenist was good too - not too chatty but not too impersonal either. I would recommend her to anyone.
