Looking for a new dentist due to long distance from our old one, we decided on Dr. Arnold.
Customer service was friendly, which is a plus, but facilities seemed old and small. Equipment and method used were also primitive to the extent we were surprised.
A normal first visit with xrays and cleaning. This would work great for people preferring the ancient dental experience. Overall, a huge disappointment for us, and not recommended.
