Receptionist sat there giving billing advice and driving directions while I went un-acknowledged for 10 minutes.....I was put in a room until 2:45 when my appt was for 2pm no one told me "oh I am sorry to have to tell you but there was an emergency and the doctor will be with you as soon as he can, we apologize" ..no, I was left waiting and it was only when I got up at 2:42 and put my sunglasses on to leave that the assistant told me anything. The entire facility was FILTHY , the sink, counters, walls, everywhere I looked there were smudges, and DIRT which any one of the many girls flitting around or standing doing nothing could/should have grabbed something and WIPED and also ALL of the trash cans were disgustingly full and anybody could/should have quickly emptied them and replaced w/ fresh bags.... it gave me the creeps. There was alot of small talk, it was very loud, overall there just wasn't any level of professionalism or customer service that I would want from a doctor/facility which I was about to spend over $10,000 with. I had already noticed lenghty hold times when calling. This doctor was highly touted on the internet, just goes to show you can't rely on hype - you need to check things out in person.
About Hygienist: Even the hygienists were un-hygienic and not at all well groomed or professional looking.
