I haven't been to every dentist in Austin and I don't feel like I need to because, in my opinion, I found the best dentist at Advanced Smiles Dental, Dr. Juli Eivens.
I feel like this Dr. Oogle site based their descriptions from the look and feel of Dr. Eivens' office. It does seem like a health spa--for my teeth and smile. Plus, the layout of the office is really like a 5-star hotel. It's very comfortable and relaxing. You can also watch TV while your teeth are getting fixed.
I have had a couple of cavities filled, but that was when I first went there. Since then, with regular cleanings, brushing and flossing (of course) I have been cavity free.
As for the "pain, cost, facilities, chair-side manners and office staff" and other things Dr. Ooogle recommends I write--it's all been perfect. That's why I'm taking my time to write about who I feel is the best Dentist in the Austin area.
I recommend you check Dr. Eivens out on your next check up.
