im always greeted promptly & with a smile at my actual appt time and sometimes even earlier . the whole staff is very professional from the front office to the other ladies that help the dr.. dr eivens has a true bed side manner & explains every step start to finish,wich is nice for all of us out here that have dental anxiety! i highly rec advanced smiles
