The team at Dr. Ray's office is fantastic. They are just genuinely caring, and take and interest in you as a person not just the next patient in a long line of patients. The office is extremely clean and bright. The waiting room is large and has a small play area for kids. When we took my son (three at the time) for his first visit, they took the time to explain exactly what tools they were going to use and why, and let him examine them before they did any work on him. This really made his first visit pleasant. He actually enjoyed it! The girls at the front desk are also very accommodating. They always helped us when we had a tight schedule to fit us in, and never gave us a problem when we had to cancel on short notice. As for billing and insurance, we never had any problems. We recently left the area, and were very sorry to have to leave them.
About Hygienist: Ozra was always my hygienist. She was the best. Very gentle, and kind, but she always hassled me about flossing - even when I did every day : )
