I have just moved to Chicago and selected this dentist randomly from the online catalog.
The facility is very poor. Once I walked into his crappy and tiny office, I felt uncomfortable immediately. But I thought I should not judge this provider by appearance and gave him a chance.
Then I walked into his operation room. The bench was very dirty, covered with a transparent plastic sheet. I was extremely reluctant to sit down and hoping to escape.
I need a regular teeth cleaning. It has never been a painful process, but this time Dr. Cheeks made me unbearable. I attribute this to the poor equipment. The solution? Anesthesia! He made my whole mouth lost feeling. The only time I got this is when I removed my wisdom teeth two years ago!
overall, crappy office, poor equipment, poor (disgusting) hygienists. Dr. Cheeks got furious when I told him (sincerely) that his equipment is poor.
lession I learned, follow your heart, if you don't feel well at the first impression, don't make him your dentist.
