I LOVE Dr. Michael Simms and his staff!
First of all, I feel like I'm at a spa when I'm there, a beautiful fountain and high ceilings painted like a perfect sunny day is what greets you in the sun filled lobby and that's not all, there is a seperate waiting room for kids.
Once you're in the seat and the chair is lowered as you look up there is a t.v. in the ceiling, you are then given a reomte control and before you know it your proceedure is over!
Dr. Simms and his staff are the best! They are sensitive to my reactions (if any) and chair-side manners rock!
The front desk is always helpful, I've had one billing issue that was quickly resolved with a 30 second phone call!
I recommend all of the military spouses and family members to give Dr. Simms a try.
I have since moved to another city (an hour away) and I still go to see Dr. Simms twice a year! He's definitely worth the hour commute each way!
As a matter of fact I have an appointment with him next week and I am looking forward to it!
