I liked Dr. Pine at first but when I had a cosmetic tooth whitening done and called several times regarding the pain it was causing my teeth, no one ever returned my calls. I felt his staff (his wife was the receptionist at that time) was very non responsive to any complaints and sometimes even downright rude to the patients. Also if you were a few minutes late, they charge at least $30 to get in to see the dentist (at least a couple years ago when I went there) yet they often kept the patient waiting sometimes 30 minutes, to get in to see them. That's why i switched dentists.
