I have been treated here along with most of my family members for quite a few years and until fairly recently, I did not think to look elsewhere. I had a crown on #9 replaced with another PFM crown and I thought that it looked okay, little did I know how opaque and monochromatic it really was and what translucency it lacked.
My father had a very poor experience there too, actually multiple experiences that resulted in poor overall dental health. Let me just run down a few of them, 4 root canals with crowns that all had to be retreated and then had new crowns, unnecessary fillings, open crown margins, just to name a few.
Safe to say none of us see Dr. Shah anymore....
