My 7 year-old daughter has been receiving multiple treatments for carries and even had one tooth removed. Over the 5 visits, I've asked Dr. Hill a number of questions and she either got upset that I was asking the questions or she didn't answer the question. When I would ask clarifying questions, she invariably got frustrated and upset. She was condescending to both my wife and I and spoke to us like we were children. She spoke to her dental assistant like this as well. When asked about the scientific basis for her remarks, she got very defensive and contradicted herself. Her manual dexterity seemed good, but her attitude and communication skills lacks quite a bit.
