I received a filling from this dentist nine months ago. The filling came out so I called the office to let them know. To my surprise, I was greeted with the most unprofessional office staff ever; they lost my file! I was accused of pretending to be a patient. When they later found my file, no attempt was made to apologize, instead I was told since I was out of my six month grace period (which I was never informed of), the work was not guaranteed. I was also told, that, since I had been given such a hard time about my file, I would be given 50% for a replacement for the filling that should have lasted more than nine months!
