all the staff there is very nice and friendly, but that doesnt mean anything when i spend $2,000 on veneers and have them fall off months later! Not only did I have a problem with one veneer, but TWO! He offered to re-do them but why would i want him to re-do them when my next two will probably fall off too! I am going to fight to get him to pay my next dentist to re-do the veneers for me, because i struggled to pay that $2,000 and for him to not even offer me a partial refund is ridiculous! I even gave him the benefit of the doubt when my temps fell off and the emergency after hours dentist he had in walnut creek covering for him said he wasnt surprised i had a problem with Dr Brothers' work. He even said he wasnt going to be his emergency back up anymore because he's gotten so many calls from his patients. I dont have any dollars to waste on poor dentistry, so believe me when i say i will fight to get my money back! Im not paying for the same thing TWICE!
