I have a 4 year old son that does not brush his teeth. I went to Dr. Lotuaco and he fixed his tooth with a silver filling. Dr. Lotuaco warned us that because the decay is so close to the nerve that it might need a baby root canal in the future. And because my son does not brush his teeth on a regular basis, I would not blame the dentist if it does create another decay on the same tooth.
