One statement sums it all up - he did 4 crowns on me, including one he took drilled off which did NOT need to be replaced - he even charged me to put that back on, and within a year all 4 had to be replaced by another dentist. The other dentist said he did not use the correct prep and material for the type of crown he put on. I would never let them do anything but maybe a cleaning - obviously I haven't gone back.
About Hygienist: Don't remember her name but she seemed quite adequate and nice - although the dentist I go to now uses an ultrasonic cleaner, which they never did at his office.
