Dr. Chang chose a grey color for my front teeth that does not work with the rest of my teeth and my skin color. He chose this after I asked to have a different color- a whitish-yellow color that works with my skin color and the rest of my teeth. I felt that he really did not listen to anything I had to say. He would leave the room when I was talking about what I was looking for. He was annoyed with me, and his obvious annoyance caused me to be stressed and anxious. He gave me fakes that looked completely fake, and took over 6 weeks from start to finish. At the last session he showed me the caps and I put them up against the color samples, and asked why they weren't the correct color. He said that he could only change them darker. So I now have caps that I need to change and these cost thousands. My daughter looked at me one day and said I had something on my teeth, then said- "oh you don't have anythig on your teeth, it's just that they're stained." And this is with the 'new' caps. Dr. Chang was unprofessional, and gave me poor service. I would not recommend him.
