I am literally home writing this a few hours after my procedure with Dr. Bal. I am so impressed with him, as well as his entire staff. His receptionist and assistant are knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. They provided estimates and had a flexible schedule.
Although my procedure today lasted a bit longer than anticipated, I am so pleased with the process. I was in ZERO pain during the procedure. Dr. Bal continued to check in on me to make sure I was comfortable. And although this may sound silly, I appreciated him telling me I was doing a great job! When I needed to move positions, Dr. Bal said please and thank you- again may be silly- but to me it shows that he is respectful and cares.
He even followed up with a phone call later that evening to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Dr.Ball. Too bad I can't give him and his staff 10 STARS!!!!
I wanted to rate cost excellent, but this program wouldn't let me.
