I went to Dr Murthy for my regular dental checkup. She ended up concluding that almost all of my fillings need to be replaced. I was obviously skeptical. She however convinced me to get 2 of my tooth refilled. I have had several fillings till date, but the 2 she worked on was the most painful! She had to sedate me 4-5 times (including in the middle the procedure), coz she apparently wasn't able to locate my blood vessel !
After the painful filling procedures, within 15 days one of my tooth started hurting. I would get shooting pains. I went back to her & she said I needed a root canal on a tooth that I didn't have any problems with before I went to her.
Upon 2nd opinion, it was revealed that she'd filled the tooth over the nerve & there was nothing else that could be done, but a rootcanal.
So I had to shed out more money & get a root canal complete with crown construction & cap.
Now my other tooth that she filled is also hurting & ever time I get a shooting pain, it just reminds me of a shabby job that she did!
I strongly recommend not going to her.
