I am peeved at the lack of quality services I've received from Omni Dental Group and Dr. Lopez in particular. I have had both this dentist and the front desk ignore vital details about my dental health and I may now have an abscessed tooth that he's ignored for two cleanings (over six months). When I finally got through to him about the seriousness of my tooth ache he even warned me that it might be hard to get the front desk to call me for an appointment. If you know your customer service is bad, DO SOMETHING about it!
I told him I was having trouble with my jaw clicking and he did nothing about it the first time I told him. I had to press him about it three times -- both over the phone and in person -- before he even gave me an oral surgeon recommendation.
Whenever I've gotten fillings from Dr. Lopez they are either very hard to floss or they shred my floss from having sloppy spurs sticking out of the fillings. One of his fillings even fell out in less than six months and had to be refilled.
The least of my troubles is that you can hear drilling from the waiting room, which is always unpleasant.
