I wonder at times if he is performing procedures that are really necessary. For example, he likes lots of (panoramic) x-rays and fillings, even for spots that have already been filled. It would be good if he communicated more accurately about the estimated cost of procedures, so that the patient is not caught by surprise. Further, he should tell the patient what he's going to do before he does it. Also, when with a patient, he should focus on that patient rather than talk about other patients. Other than these criticisms, he appears to have a busy practice and seems competent in terms of dental knowledge and manual skills.
