I found Dr.Rosen's office incredibly dingy. It smelled of mold and dust. I could not be sure if the equiptment was sterile. The cleaning he provided was adequate at best. I had a bad taste in my mount upon leaving the office which listerine could not wash out.
About Hygienist: Aside from the office and the practice, Dr.Rosen seemed to be a nice guy.
