As a patient with gum recession, I was referred to Dr. Sarment for consultation on a gum graft. The first thing that impressed me about Dr. Sarment was his greeting. He entered the room smiling, extended his hand, and introduced himself. Dr. Sarment explained the procedure in detail and was very clear and precise. Dr. Sarment answered all of my questions. There was one other consideration before treatment, the dreaded cost? Lina, the Office Administrator, provided a written copy and explanation for the total cost of the procedure. The cost was very reasonable and affordable. Surgery was successful with no complications. There was no pain during or following the surgery. I would recommend this periodontist in a heart beat, excellent dentist, warm genuine personality, cares about the patient. Warm friendly office environment thanks to his office assistants who are professional assets. Lina Kim is a welcome addition to any office with her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The other young lady who assisted Dr. Sarment during my procedure was very caring, attentive, and dedicated to the well-being of the patient. Dr. Sarment is the best dentist anywhere. Kudos to Dr. Sarment and his office staff.
