About Front Desk: The front desk staffs are incompetent, uncaring, lack communication skills and lazy. The dental services are fine, but overpriced. After I paid them upfront, they didn't do anything for about two months. I called them and my insurance company several times to finally have the office submit the claims. They charged me $100 for consultation, and $1000 for extracting 4 baby teeth. My family dentist charged me nothing to extract one baby teeth. $1100 vs $0; lots of effort vs none. What a lesson!
